No training is required; reports are delivered proactively requiring no user interface.

These users are running pre-defined standard reports, possibly with parameter selections and internal report drill down.
No formal product training is required but, depending on user familiarity with the reports and menu structure developed, we recommend that the customer run 'business usage introductory training' to ensure that the wider user community get maximum value from the reports provided.
