Classes begin at 9:30 AM and conclude at 4:30 PM, unless you are notified otherwise.
Courses Taught at Your Site
Contact your Education Account Manager, e-mail us at iba_education@ibi.com, or call (02) 8223 0600 to schedule a class at your site. When a course is being conducted by Information Builders' instructors at your site, you are responsible for providing a classroom and appropriate equipment, which may include a personal computer for the instructor, a data display or TV monitor, an overhead projector, a blackboard or flipchart, and one PC or mainframe terminal with a USERID for every student.
The appropriate technical environment must be available for all classes.
At your site, the pace and subject-matter emphasis can be adapted to the needs, environment, and business areas relevant to the students and the organization. For information on customizing courses, see Custom Training.
Prerequisites
Please make sure that you, or the students you are enrolling, meet the prerequisites for all courses. Consult the course outlines for details.
Cancellation
If you need to cancel, please do so no later than ten business days prior to the class to avoid being billed. If Information Builders is forced to cancel a class for any reason, the liability is limited to the return of the paid registration fee.
