Using HTML, JavaScript, and Java, you can enhance your WebFOCUS applications. With this course you will acquire advanced skills in optimizing the WebFOCUS environment, using debugging techniques, formatting reports, and customizing user interfaces.

You Will Learn How To:

Create, edit, and delete domains, report groups, and sub-groups for the Managed Reporting Environment
Use WebFOCUS global variables effectively
Use a global variable and other WebFOCUS commands as debugging tools
Work effectively with WebFOCUS StyleSheets
Use macros, embed images, and call JavaScript functions in WebFOCUS StyleSheets
Embed images in temporary fields
Use subroutines to create temporary fields
Validate an HTML form with several different techniques
Use a number of form elements available to enhance an HTML launch page
Populate a form using a pop-up window
Generate dynamic selection lists and work with multiple selection lists

Course 302, Course 306, and Course 351 plus working knowledge of MS Windows or NT
