Course 201 - 3 Days
In this course you will learn how to develop and maintain large, complex FOCUS applications. Also covered are optimization techniques to decrease response time and help your applications run faster. You will explore how to shorten the development cycle with testing and debugging tools, as well as how to allow multiple users simultaneous access while still maintaining data integrity and file security.

Prerequisite:
Course 111, in-depth knowledge of FOCUS, and a working knowledge of MODIFY, including MATCH and NEXT logic. Knowledge of cross-referencing and JOIN is helpful.
For those who will be developing and maintaining FOCUS databases, Information Builders recommends both Course 111 and Course 200 prior to this course.
